AKUSENSE CEO New Year's Address | Product is King, Sensing Unseen

The noise of industrial competition will eventually subside; only the hard power of products rooted in real-world scenarios can define the future.

AKUSENSE has always strived to be "the intelligent sensor company closest to industrial scenarios," and therefore must be a physical technology company that integrates chips, algorithms, materials, and precision engineering. We have rejected short-term temptations, cut several high-margin but off-track customized projects, focused on long-term value, and invested resources in tackling the "common technology foundation of industrial sensing" and "algorithms for extreme working conditions."

Our "hard work" has yielded fruitful results: for example, our sensors for new energy battery production lines have withstood 4000 hours of acid mist corrosion, and the detection consistency remains stable at ±0.5μm; the crystal phase control of ceramic piezoresistive thin films has broken through to a thickness of 0.2mm, yet can sense a micro-force contact of 0.1N. Behind these numbers are the engineers' daily efforts in extracting the "crude oil" of scenarios from the industrial "shale layer."

    From "delivering hardware" to "delivering reliable data"

The value of sensing is never limited to parameter tables, but lies in the stable operation of the customer's production line. In 2025, we continued to make breakthroughs along the path of "miniaturization, intelligence, and wireless connectivity": AI image sensors improved the accuracy of packaging defect detection in 3C terminals to 99.5%, driving industrial inspection from "data acquisition" to "intelligent decision-making"; the Nearlink wireless product matrix overcame electromagnetic interference challenges; and passive sensing technology provided non-intrusive monitoring solutions for "wiring restricted areas" such as high-temperature pipelines; the complete integration of online protocols (such as Profinet and EtherNet/IP) completely eliminated data silos.

Our global layout is not blind expansion, but rather the practice of our "global localization" commitment: providing local response to European customers' technical issues within 24 hours, and delivering to Southeast Asian bases within 7 days.

We are committed to becoming a "world-class customized expert" for our customers, making quality sensing, AI sensing, and wireless sensing standard in industrial scenarios, shifting from "delivering hardware" to "delivering trustworthy data".

In 2026, we will continue to solidify our core capabilities with "meticulous effort": improving the accuracy of AI algorithms and strengthening the efficiency of edge-side decision-making; expanding the boundaries of wireless sensing to cover more industrial "unexplored areas"; and deepening localized service capabilities to match the global customized needs of leading enterprises.

We are wary of scale bubbles, acting as the capillaries of the downstream market, and serving as "sensing doctors" and "co-creators" of process definitions that create incremental value for local customers; we will distill our experience in China's new energy and 3C electronics fields into standardized solutions, empowering customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America, making Chinese innovative sensing technology solutions an important engine driving global Industry 4.0 forward.

We firmly believe that Industry 4.0 is not a mere accumulation of technology, but a dual-driven approach of "scenario intelligence" and "process innovation." We will use more advanced sensing technologies to quantify, explore, and reveal previously unperceived scenarios.
