1. Use the spectral confocal instrument ADV-12CKS to complete the online measurement of film thickness. It can detect up to 5 displacement surfaces and 4 layer thicknesses.

2. Spectral confocal principle. The color confocal displacement sensor uses a special color-coded lens to produce axial dispersion output of visible light and the confocal return signal is analyzed by a spectrum analyzer. The measured object is calculated through the conversion relationship between wavelength and displacement. The actual position value, the measurement effect is more accurate

3. Select the ACC-008L probe according to the range and accuracy requirements. The minimum resolution is 0.02um and the linearity is ±0.15um.
